The Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID), is offering a grant to citizens of African countries the opportunity to study in Spain. In this regard, one of the scholarships that is being offered is to pursue a Research stay related to the 2030 Agenda on Sustainable Development Goals at a Spanish university, a Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) centre or another public or private R&D institution in Spain.
In order to qualify for the aforementioned grant, the candidate must meet the following requirements:
• Be a Somali National
• Be a researcher linked to an institute of higher learning of their country.
• Hold a University degree or equivalent
• The candidate must have knowledge of Spanish.
ALLOWANCES
• Monthly allowance of up to 1,400 Euros depending on the mOdality
• Travel allowance of up to 1,200 Euros depending on the modality and the country of origin
• Enrolment allowance of up to 5,000 Euros
